Hatha Yoga with Jinyoung

This class follows a mindful-paced practice with detailed alignment and breathing orientation. Asanas are held for a longer time for the opportunity to observe, explore, and meditate. During class, you can decide how much you want to push yourself or how much you would like to ease down and relax. Jinyoung will be there to guide you through and support your practice!

Deep Flow with Camila

This session is a mix of dynamic and static sequences of yoga poses that are practiced with a grounding and mindful breathing technique. The practice is slow-paced yet challenging, offering support and variations for different experiences and levels. You can expect to tap out of comfort zones, to build strength and relaxation, and to develop body-mind awareness.

Yin Yoga with Camila

This class is a practice focused on accepting, allowing, and relaxing. Nonresistance. Opening up space in the body and the mind to ease.

Each session is divided into: 1h Yin Yoga (laying down yoga pose practice), 10min Savasana, 10min Guided meditation, 10min Silent Meditation.

First part is practiced with special Playlist of the week and last part with minimal ambient music and silence. Featuring video projection.
