Hatha Yoga with Jinyoung

This class follows a mindful-paced practice with detailed alignment and breathing orientation. Asanas are held for a longer time for the opportunity to observe, explore, and meditate. During class, you can decide how much you want to push yourself or how much you would like to ease down and relax. Jinyoung will be there to guide you through and support your practice!

deepflow♾️ with Camila

This session is a mix of dynamic and static sequences of yoga poses that are practiced with a grounding and mindful breathing technique. The practice is slow-paced yet challenging, offering support and variations for different experiences and levels. You can expect to tap out of comfort zones, to build strength and relaxation, and to develop body-mind awareness.

⚫️FULLMOONYOGA with Camila

This class happens during every Full Moon of the month. An opportunity to tune in passiveness, restoration, and grounding. Sometimes learning how to release is as important as learning how to push through. Letting go~

During the mornings the session is more dynamic with Chandra Namaskar practice (Moon Salutations). And during the evenings, ⚫️FULLMOONYOGA follows a Yin Yoga approach.

Basic Hatha with Hyojung

Hyojung provides classes that combine Yin and Yang polarities, starting her sessions with a short meditation and ending with long Savasana. Hatha Yoga with elements of Vinyasa (Sun Salutations) and restorative Yin Yoga. A class specially tailored for beginners, perfect for everyone interested in Yoga.
