3pm ~ 5:30pm

  • Every Sunday starts with learning Yoga philosophy. Includes open moments to discuss, chat, and Q+A sessions.

    You will learn about the traditional 8 Limbs of Yoga Path and how to apply it in modern life.

  • After studying and chatting, we will apply what we have learned to our physical practice (Yoga poses and sequence). Our 60-minute session will include warm-up, flow, backbend, inversion, and relaxation while focusing on active breathing, gazing, and body-lock elements.

  • Every class will end with Meditation. You will learn different techniques, explore self-practice, and have guided sessions throughout the 4-Week Program.

  • This part is an extra if you would like to stay with us in the neighborhood for a nurturing dinner together. A moment to share and connect more ♥

YOGA 101: Sundays Contemporary Yoga Experience

Immersive yourself in our minimalist space during the weekend. A peaceful 4-Week Program for recharging, connecting with your body-mind, and sharing with like-minded people.

This is a deep-dive experience in the Yoga Path with a contemporary approach: Studying the philosophy of Yoga with an agnostic perspective and applying it to the modern lifestyle. We will embrace physical and mental exercises, combining body movement, active breathing, and mindfulness through Yoga practice.
