Every Sunday starts with learning Yoga philosophy. Includes open moments to discuss, chat, and Q+A sessions.
You will learn about the traditional 8 Limbs of Yoga Path and how to apply it in modern life.

After studying and chatting, we will apply what we have learned to our physical practice (Yoga poses and sequence). Our 60-minute session will include warm-up, flow, backbend, inversion, and relaxation while focusing on active breathing, gazing, and body-lock elements.

Every class will end with Meditation. You will learn different techniques, explore self-practice, and have guided sessions throughout the 4-Week Program.

This is a deep-dive experience in the Yoga Path with a contemporary approach: Studying the philosophy of Yoga with an agnostic perspective and applying it to the modern lifestyle. We will embrace physical and mental exercises, combining body movement, active breathing, and mindfulness through Yoga practice.
